Inner-city delivery
NUO provides delivery within Ho Chi Minh City using in-house staff.
Nationwide shipping
Orders are shipped via trusted couriers. Insurance fees apply for added security. NUO is not liable for damages or loss during transit.
International shipping
Available upon request, with fees based on location and carrier rates.
Inspection upon delivery
For courier shipments, NUO follows strict inspection protocols, including video documentation upon request.
