Exchange & Return Policy

Within the first 30 days after purchase, it is possible to directly contact or send products back to NUO For Life (main office located Ho Chi Minh City, showrooms located in Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi) to return the purchased product(s) and acquire a replacement.
Retail agencies will be charged with an extra 10% management and storage fee, and any additional costs (if applicable) in case the replacement item has higher expense.

Affiliate Agencies/Retail Agencies/Customers who purchased directly via the website or at NUO For Life offices and showrooms within 30 days can contact directly or send products back to NUO For Life (main office located in Ho Chi Minh City, showrooms in located Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi) to return the purchased product and receive a refund.
The company will deduct a 10% management and storage fee. The refund will be processed via bank transfer to the Retail Agencies/Customer’s account within 14 working days.

• The company does not accept returns/exchanges purchased products from Affiliate Agencies/Retail Agencies (or items) given to customers by third parties.
• Product good(s) must be intact: product(s) should not have missing tags/labels, containers or packaging.
• Product seal broken, cracked, or damaged, and sealing must remain intact.
• Product must be within expiry date more for more than 3 months (to avoid cases of product swopping).
• Returns are accepted from 2 PM to 5 PM, from Tuesday to Thursday of every week.
• No returns will be processed on the first day of the month and the last 03 days of the month.
